Perpetual Order LLC ("Perpetual Order," "we," "us," or "our") operates a revenue recovery automation platform for local home service businesses. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our services.

Our service sends a single automated informational SMS to individuals who called a business we serve and did not receive an answer. Every automated message includes opt-out instructions. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to permanently opt out. Opt-outs are honored within 10 business days as required by applicable law.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the business client whose services the end user engaged with; telecommunications providers (including SignalWire) necessary to deliver the service; or when required by law or court order.
Customer and call data is retained for the duration of the service agreement. Upon cancellation, clients have 30 days to request a data export. All client data is permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation or export delivery. Business client account information is retained for 3 years following closure for legal and tax compliance.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information, and to opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP. Contact us at admin@perpetualorder.com to exercise these rights.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Perpetual Order LLC's automation services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
Perpetual Order builds, deploys, and operates automated systems for local home service businesses including: missed call SMS automation, contact exclusion management, two-way SMS tracking, inbound call forwarding, quote follow-ups, review requests, customer notifications, and custom workflows.
We offer a 14-day free trial. The trial period begins when TCR brand and campaign registration is approved — not from the date of sign-up. No payment method or Setup Fee is required to start. All services suspend at trial expiration. To continue, Client must pay the Setup Fee.
Clients are granted a 30-day rolling Grace Pool. Each day of non-payment reduces the pool by one day; the pool resets annually. Services suspend when the Grace Pool is exhausted. Accounts terminated for non-payment after 30 days of suspension. Data deleted at termination — Provider is not liable for data loss after termination.
Client may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately; automations halt and no further charges are processed. Upon cancellation, Client is eligible for a partial refund — the lesser of 50% of the most recent monthly Paid Services charge or the prorated value of remaining days. Setup Fee is non-refundable. Refunds processed within 10 business days.
Provider registers Client's brand and campaign with The Campaign Registry (TCR) using information provided by Client. The initial automated SMS is sent on the basis of implied consent from the inbound call. It contains no promotional language, identifies Client's business, and includes opt-out instructions. Client is solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Services complies with the TCPA and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Client shall indemnify Provider against any claims arising from Client's non-compliance.
All workflows, systems, and infrastructure developed by Perpetual Order remain our intellectual property. Client data remains the property of the client.
Provider's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 90 days preceding the claim. Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for specific lead/revenue outcomes.
Any dispute shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, with a single arbitrator in Ada County, Idaho, or remotely by mutual agreement. Class action waiver applies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Venue: Ada County, Idaho.
